Tshikululu wants to develop and shape young, talented graduates for the world of work. Graduates will be taken through a 12-month Graduate Development Programme, which may be renewable. During this period, Tshikululu will afford graduates support for further development and success. Performance will be continuously assessed to enable growth and development.
The programme will be an exciting and challenging journey that equips graduates with the tools and experience for a successful career in the social investment space as they work alongside some of the industry’s leading experts.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Hold a National Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Have a keen interest in the Social Investment and Development Sector.
- Be willing to commit to the full 12-month Graduate Development Programme.
