SALARY: R128 166 per year

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirement: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 10 (Std8). Registration in a Professional Council: Registration with the Security Council in terms of the Security Industry Regulatory Authority Law (Law 56 of 2001) PSIRA. Experience: Appropriate security experience Services. Adequate experience in locksmithing and key control management. To be Able to work independently in a pressured environment. inherent requirements of the position: Willingness to work in shifts and be available 24 hours and calls outside of office hours. Must be able to work under pressure and have demonstrated problem solving skills. Being able to work in a team in a pressured environment. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Knowledge of prescriptions, regulations and procedures. Expert in locksmith functions and operation. locksmith equipment. Proven key control management skills. Be responsible and diligent.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide an effective and efficient key control service to the hospital and manage the hospital locksmith shop/tools/machinery and spare parts. Perform emergency maintenance when necessary/Make repairs to all lockouts devices in the hospital. Efficient management of the blank key stock and equipment inside locksmith shop. Keep records of orders and routine maintenance schedule for lockout devices. render a support function to the supervisor with the security services.
