As part of the Absa Bank Junior Learnership 2023 intake, the successful candidate will be taking active participation in a learning program that provides an opportunity to maximize both individual and organizational development by achieving set training objectives.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Attend and take part in all workplace experiences as per agreed-upon development targets
- Attend and take part in training interventions specified in the development objectives
- Deliver customer and team support to improve team performance on a steady basis
- Effectively accomplish all assigned administrative duties, particularly reporting and tracking
