REQUIREMENTS: Four (4) year BPsych degree. Two (2) years of supervisory experience. Two (2) years of functional career/employment counseling experience. Registration with HPPCSA as a Psychometrician (Independent Practice) or Registered Counselor (Independent Practice) Knowledge: Conventions of the International Labor Organization. DUTIES: Provide technical support to labor centers for the provision of labor orientation services. Manage the referral of jobseekers to relevant employment services and active interventions in the labor market. Coordinate the dissemination of labor and professional information to Labor Centers. Establish and manage the relationship between professional advice and relevant organizations. Manage and coordinate the administration of the psychometric evaluation.
