SALARY: R104 073 per annum
CENTER: Hermanus Hospital
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Requirement: Basic knowledge of literacy and numeracy. Experience: Appropriate experience in a retail environment. Requirement inherent to the position: Valid driver’s license Code B/EB. Competences (knowledge/skills): Good interpersonal treatment and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. ability to work independently
and as a team. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
DUTIES: Deliver stock to wards and other departments in the hospital and Clinic facilities in the overstrand subdistrict. Ensure issued vouchers are returned to the appropriate employee to capture and archive. Assist employee with receiving, packing, unpacking, storing, and issuing stock according to standards. Assist asset management with the annual disposition of items. Assist supply chain staff with inventory, general clerical duties, and keep the store clean and tidy to comply with safety regulations.
