REQUIREMENTS: An appropriate national degree/diploma (NQF Level 6) in Public Relations/Communication or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in Front Desk, On-Site Training with 18 months of Accredited Reception experience in dealing with the public and other interested parties and providing them with information regarding the services of the Department of Higher Education and Training will be valued. English proficiency is a requirement and the ability to speak 3 of the other officers languages ​​would be an added advantage. Computer literacy includes a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Excellent phone etiquette and office management. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
