SALARY: R176 310 per annum, (Tier 5)

REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 qualification or NQF Level 4 recognized by SAQA. ability to Communicate with all levels of management. Shift and extended working hours It may be required. Good interpersonal skills. Basic communication and literacy. Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks. Knowledge of cleaning use. materials and equipment.
DUTIES: The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Ensure daily cleaning of all floors (sweeping, mopping, and where necessary polishing and/or polishing) is performed. Be sure to dust all horizontal surfaces (low levels), all overhangs and high fixtures, vertical surfaces (walls, cabinets, etc.), and all window sills. Be sure to clean and disinfect all phones using the relevant cleaning materials. Dust trim, pictures, and railings. Ensure cleanliness of all waste receptacles and remove all waste to a designated area. Make sure all places are clean, including all low surfaces (glass, walls, doors, and light switches) and glass doors. Clean and polish shiny metal hardware. Make sure parking areas are swept clean and outside front doors. Manage the development, motivation and use of human resources for the unit. Manage subordinates’ key performance areas by setting and monitoring performance standards and taking action to correct deviations to achieve Objectives Manage and advise staff. Manage scheduling or work to ensure optimal efficiency and resource planning and allocation to ensure delivery within specifications and on time.
