CCBSA’s Learning and Development Graduate Trainee 2023 intake is designed for recent, unemployed graduates to gain practical work experience. The programme allows successful candidates to develop skills and competencies that would help improve their employability.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist the team with training activities
  • Attend Learning and Development events and initiatives
  • Provide support to the Learning and Development team with the design and administration of training and development solutions
  • Help out in preparing presentations and communications for training content and courses
  • Assist with monitoring and management duties of training content communications and course release calendars
  • Contribute to tracking the completion of all training programmes administered by the team

  • Holds a tertiary degree in Information Technology, Information Science, or Computer Science
  • A recent graduate with 0 to 12 months of work experience
  • Must be knowledgeable in the following
  • Data and digital solutions
  • UX design
  • Instructional design, animation design, and illustration
  • South African citizens will be given priority
  • Effective numerical and analytical skills
  • Good relationship-building skills; comfortable working with a team or independently
  • Innovative and solutions-driven
  • Able to work in a high-pressure and demanding work environment
